Hi! Thanks for being here. 
I started my fitness journey as a new mom with no idea where to begin. I felt lost, I felt disconnected, I was in pain and I was tired. I knew I wanted to feel strong and I was frustrated with my body! I asked for help, but I could not find what I was looking for. I was in the mindset of wanting to get back to moving the way I moved prior to pregnancy. I wanted to get back to my old self! 

Then I dove head first into the pre/postnatal fitness world. I noticed gaps left and right (not just in my core) and there was a huge disconnect in the support for moms after bringing baby home. There are tons of resources out there and there are lots of schools of thought. The overarching theme is that we should strive to get our bodies back after baby. Well, your body is great and we need to go FORWARD. Not backwards. 

Your body changes in so many ways throughout your pregnancy and then continues to change during the postpartum period. We deal with postural changes, skeletal changes from our hips and pelvis shifting and hormonal changes galore. I am here to help you reconnect to your body in a way that supports you moving forward in it! 

I hold several certifications and am constantly learning to best support my clients. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach so please know that I am here to customize any and all programs you see here to best suit you! I will meet you where you are at. I will guide you through the courses. I will build you up! You have to do the hard work, though. You need to commit to yourself and dedicate time to YOU!
